What makes Moor different?
Our perfume oils are imported from Italy, Switzerland and Germany. We test every scent ourselves before it goes on sale.
How long do your fragrances last?
They last from morning to night, and warm scents last longer than fresh ones. If a scent seems to fade, it's usually nose blindness: you stop noticing it, but people around you still can.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay cash when your order arrives, or pay by card at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days across Egypt. It's free on orders above 2,000 EGP.
Can I return or exchange my perfume?
We only replace defective items, like a broken bottle, a sprayer that doesn't work, or the wrong scent. Send us photos within 5 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it somewhere cool and dark, away from the bathroom, sunlight and hot cars.
